CALIFORNIA July 20, 2013 – Gender self-selection is becoming the newest legal right. Advocates even talk of a gender spectrum, where a person believes they’re a boy one day, a girl the following day, or something in between. But how can it be good for either the individual or our society when such a foundational characteristic of human identity is relegated to mere choice, no matter how sincere the conviction?
