Related Columns WASHINGTON, July 2, 2013 — Darrell Issa, Chairman of the House Oversight Committee, subpoenaed four State Department officials to testify before Congress regarding the deadly terrorist attack at the U.S. consulate in Benghazi, Libya on September 11, 2012. The four State Department officials provided diplomatic security for the consulate in Benghazi. Issa said he resorted to requesting subpoenas due to continual delays by the State Department and the Obama Administration.
